LovelyBake is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We may not be able to change an address after fulfillment has begun.

8. Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after the order is dispatched.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.

In some countries, final-mile delivery may be completed by a local postal service or third-party carrier.

9. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.

  • Packages on different dates

Separate delivery does not mean that part of the order is missing.

Claims may require tracking details, written carrier confirmation, or other supporting information.

12. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around the property
  • Ask other household members
  • Check with neighbors
  • Contact building management
  • Contact the local carrier
  • Wait up to 48 hours, as some carriers scan packages before final delivery

Please contact us if the package remains missing.

We will assist with the investigation, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement where the carrier confirms successful delivery to the correct address.

13. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

Packages may be returned to us because of:

  • Refusal by the recipient
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Unpaid customs charges
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

We may issue a refund after the package is returned and inspected, subject to applicable deductions permitted by law.

Additional shipping costs may apply for redelivery if the return resulted from customer-provided information or failure to collect the shipment.

14. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the shipping label
  • Photograph the damaged product
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us promptly
